Any user with a valid mobile number can register and log in. We collect authentication details including mobile number, full name, email address, date of birth, and gender. Clinical and administrative access is then determined by the role assigned by a facility administrator.
We collect information regarding healthcare facilities (locations) created or linked by users, including facility names, addresses, and administrative permissions.
Depending on the authorized user's role assigned by a facility admin, the application processes patient lists, clinical SOAP notes, appointments, assignment tasks, and discharge summaries.
How We Use the Information
MyBeat Cure utilizes the collected data strictly to operate, maintain, and improve the application features, including:
Verifying identity and securing accounts via mobile OTP authentication.
Enforcing RBAC to ensure that only authorized personnel (e.g., Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists) can access specific clinical or administrative modules.
Facilitating patient scheduling, task assignments, and medical documentation workflows within linked facilities.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal or medical data to third parties. Data is only accessible within the application to users who have been granted explicit, role-based permission by their respective facility administrators.
We may disclose information only if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
Data Retention Policy
We retain your personal, facility, and clinical management data only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to fulfill the operational healthcare services outlined in this policy. Because MyBeat Cure handles medical administration data, certain information—such as practitioner records, audit logs, and patient interaction histories—may be retained for extended periods to comply with applicable local statutory, legal, or medical health data retention requirements. Once data is no longer required under these obligations, it is securely deleted or permanently anonymized.
Data Deletion Process and User Rights

Age Restriction: MyBeat Cure does not impose age restrictions on account registration. Access to clinical and administrative data within a facility is strictly controlled through role-based permissions granted by authorised facility administrators.
